We only collect information you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

• Your name, work email address and company name
• Your country, the service you are interested in, and an optional budget range
• The description of your business problem and an optional preferred meeting time

Please do not include sensitive personal data, passwords, or confidential customer information in the form. If a project requires sharing such information, we will agree a suitable way to do so first.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the website.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in a Google Workspace or Google account we control. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country. We limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site does not contact third-party font services.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and to maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, UK GDPR, or UAE data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us at business@elendil.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
